Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering or a related technical/scientific field (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, Computer Science, IT, MIS, or other STEM disciplines).
Equivalent experience option:
+4 years of relevant experience with no degree, or
+2 years of relevant experience with a non-STEM degree.
Experience
12+ years of relevant experience in government or industry, including one or more of the following:
DoD/IC acquisition processes
Requirements development processes
PPBES processes
Systems engineering for large, complex systems-of-systems or service-oriented architectures in cloud, on-premise, or hybrid environments
Experience with and understanding of the full systems engineering lifecycle.
Demonstrated knowledge of the NSG/ASG and NRO enterprises.
Prior NGA and/or NSG/ASG program or project experience.
Prior IC or DoD program or project experience.
Clearance
Active TS/SCI or ability to obtain SCI and successfully complete a polygraph.
Desired
Education & Certifications
Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related STEM technical/scientific discipline.
INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP).
Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
Technical Skills
Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methods, tools, and languages.
Working knowledge of Digital Engineering practices and toolsets.
Working knowledge of modern Software Development Frameworks.
Domain Knowledge
Documented experience in geospatial intelligence.
Expertise in photogrammetry, remote sensing, image science, information sciences, GIS, geomatics, or related fields.

Membership or leadership in relevant professional organizations, such as:
