We’re seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to provide technical leadership and strategic guidance across the design, development, and integration of complex systems supporting the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied System for Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and partner Federal Agencies.
This role takes a multidisciplinary approach—spanning requirements analysis, solution design, integration, testing, and sustainment—to ensure the delivery of accurate, reliable, and mission-ready GEOINT capabilities that advance national objectives.
Technical Leadership
Lead, mentor, and guide Mid- and Junior-Level Systems Engineers across all aspects of systems engineering, including requirements definition, solution design, scheduling, integration, testing, evaluation, reliability, and lifecycle analysis across NSG, ASG, and partner systems.
Requirements & Architecture Alignment
Oversee the planning, analysis, and traceability of user requirements and architectures.
Identify opportunities to enhance, streamline, or automate existing systems while evaluating cloud capabilities, workflows, and scheduling constraints.
Solution Development
Direct and review system design solutions based on evolving mission requirements, emerging technologies, and enterprise architectural standards.
Mission Translation
Support the Government in capturing, analyzing, and translating mission and customer needs into actionable system and capability requirements that guide engineering and acquisition efforts.
Systems Integration
Support integration activities to ensure interoperability, data integrity, and mission continuity across multi-agency and enterprise environments.
Analytical Assessments
Conduct and support Analyses of Alternatives (AoAs), Courses of Action (CoAs), trade studies, and engineering assessments to enable informed technical and acquisition decisions.
Strategic Engineering Support
Provide expert input to Government leadership in strategic planning, project management, performance engineering, risk management, and interface design.
Enterprise Integration
Operate at the enterprise level to integrate multiple systems, services, processes, and interfaces across Major System Acquisitions and interagency boundaries, promoting unified, efficient, and mission-driven GEOINT operations.
