Expert Level Systems Integrator

We are seeking an Expert Systems Integrator to serve as a technical authority and strategic advisor, leading and overseeing the integrity of the NSG/ASG systems-of-systems enterprise. This role ensures seamless planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and maintenance of cloud services, systems, and subsystems, applying defined processes and tools to deliver comprehensive end-to-end system development lifecycle support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Enterprise Integration Leadership: Lead and advise on systems integration activities across the NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies, ensuring timely, accurate, and mission-ready GEOINT delivery.
• Systems-of-Systems Oversight: Provide a holistic, enterprise-level perspective, ensuring a deep understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements across cloud services, infrastructure, and security domains.
• Engineering Planning & Implementation: Oversee the preparation of engineering plans and site installation technical design packages, ensuring all solutions meet enterprise standards and operational requirements.
• Strategic Guidance & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to Government stakeholders on integration strategies, lifecycle planning, and technical risk management, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Direct and coordinate the work of Senior-, Mid-, and Junior-Level Systems Integrator contractors, ensuring consistent technical quality, adherence to best practices, and effective execution of integration activities.

Skills and Experience:

Required:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program, or 18 years of experience as a Systems Integrator in lieu of degree.
• 18+ years of system integration working experience in government integrating large complex System of Systems or Service Oriented Architecture/Cloud environments.
• TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly.

Desired:

• Working knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering, processes, tools and languages.

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
