Closed Loop Radar Electrical Engineer

Peraton is hiring an Electrical Engineer/Closed-loop radar operator. This position will be on-site Robins AFB, GA

 

What you'll do:

• Provide expertise for various closed-loop emulators that include functional or representative radar displays and controls
• Operate various closed-loop emulators to include LIVE, CHIMERA, LEWSE, MAGES, etc
• Provide technical input to the Electronic Warfare Avionics Intergration Support Facility(EWAISF) team involving attaining or development test environments pertaining to new or existing threat systems
• Support test events with various customers using various closed-loop emulators
• Provide input and recommendations for in-depth analysis and assessment of acquisition data, program risks, and risk mitigation plans

What you'll need:

• Education: 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA or 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Clearance: Active Secret Clearance
• Experience operating closed-loop emulators

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
