Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced SAP/4HANA CRM  Team Member Architect to join our team supporting the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) modernization program. The S/4HANA CRM Team Member/Architect will play a critical role in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and delivery of S/4HANA Customer Management (CM) functionalities, ensuring a stable and well-documented solution that mitigates migration risk and achieves the program's end-state goals.

 

What you will do:

  • Support the configuration, testing, and documentation of S/4HANA Customer Management (CM) functionalities, assisting with system analysis and solution delivery.
  • Assist respective functional area in the design, configuration, and prototype reviews related to S/4HANA CM.
  • Assist in solution testing for in-scope S/4HANA components, focusing on enhancing  integrations with other jurisdiction immunization information systems (IIS) and CDC systems.
  • Manage and track defect resolution for a particular functional area within S/4HANA CM.
  • Perform ongoing system analysis and health monitoring of SAP environments to identify and resolve functional issues and support the reduction of manual processes.
  • Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams to analyze and resolve issues related to S/4HANA CM processes.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and database teams for system maintenance and patch deployment.
  • Analyze and review ServiceNow incident and service request tickets related to S/4HANA and drive them to resolution.
  • Assist with production deployments and ensure minimal disruptions by analyzing pre- and post-deployment functionality.
  • Support compliance by analyzing and addressing security findings across SAP systems.
  • Contribute to technical solution designs and provide analytical input to system architecture discussions.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience OR 9 years of experience and a HS Degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a functional or technical role supporting SAP CRM or S/4HANA Customer Management.
  • Strong analytical background in SAP solution design, configuration, and testing.
  • Experience in managing defect resolution and supporting functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Change Management, Release Management, and Configuration Management best practices.
  • Experience working in production and non-production SAP environments.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, particularly for system configurations.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Junior Computer Systems Engineer/Architect or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Agile and KANBAN methodologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA for ticketing and change tracking.
  • Prior experience supporting CDC, or other federal/government programs

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
