Help shape the future of U.S. airspace safety and efficiency. We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidate
responsible for reviewing requirements, developing test cases, validating functionality, and ensuring quality standards are met for mission-critical FAA systems. Working closely with engineers, developers, and program managers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth experience in federal contracting while supporting high-visibility aviation programs.
In this position, you will:
Help ensure modernization initiatives and deployed solutions deliver on performance, compliance, and safety.
Review business, technical, and system requirements to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Conduct manual and automated testing of applications, systems, and integrations.
Validate that deliverables meet FAA functional, performance, and compliance requirements.
Track, document, and manage defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with developers, engineers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
Support regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure compliance with FAA quality standards, safety frameworks, and federal IT requirements.
Maintain clear and accurate quality documentation, metrics, and reports.
Participate in design reviews, readiness assessments, and test evaluations.
Support audit-ready QA documentation.
Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements and QA best practices.
