Help shape the future of U.S. airspace safety and efficiency. We are seeking a Change Management Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and strategist, ensuring that FAA modernization programs are adopted effectively, embraced by stakeholders, and sustained long-term. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth experience in federal contracting while supporting high-visibility aviation programs.

 

In this position, you will:

  • Provide expertise in change impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and workforce readiness.
  • Integrate OCM practices with Agile, SAFe, or DevSecOps delivery models.
  • Proven ability to manage resistance, conflict resolution, and workforce alignment.
  • Experience developing and tracking KPIs to measure adoption and sustainment success.
  • Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations.
  • Lead the design of communication and engagement plans tailored to diverse FAA audiences.
  • Partner with program managers, engineers, and leadership to embed OCM practices into program lifecycles.
  • Develop training plans, job aids, and workforce transition strategies to support adoption.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to capture feedback and drive buy-in.
  • Monitor and report on change management KPIs and adoption metrics.
  • Provide executive-level briefings and recommendations to FAA leadership on change adoption risks.
  • Mentor junior analysts and OCM practitioners, ensuring consistency in change management practices.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA organizational standards and federal change management policies.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship Required.
  • Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of experience or Masters degree and 10 years or or Associate’s degree and 14 years’ experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 16 years experience.  
  • Experience in organizational change management.
  • Proven expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent).
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills to produce audit-ready OCM deliverables.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct FAA or NAS configuration management experience.
  • Familiarity with FAA organizational structure, culture, and modernization goals.

  • Experience supporting federal agencies or large-scale transformation initiatives.

  • Professional certifications such as Prosci Change Management, CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional), or PMP.

  • Experience supporting FAA NextGen modernization programs or other NAS-related initiatives.

  • Familiarity with aviation operations, safety management systems, or FAA program delivery frameworks.

  • Background in developing enterprise communications campaigns for large organizations.

  • Strong background in stakeholder engagement, communications, and workforce readiness.

  • Experience mentoring or leading federal OCM practice areas.

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
