Help shape the future of U.S. airspace safety and efficiency. We are seeking a Telecommunications Workstream Product Owner to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidate will lead the strategy, prioritization, and delivery of FAA telecommunications modernization initiatives. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between FAA stakeholders, technical teams, and Agile delivery groups, ensuring that telecommunications systems including voice, data, fiber, and IP-based networks are modernized to meet FAA’s mission requirements. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth experience in federal contracting while supporting high-visibility aviation programs.

Familiarity with FAA Safety Management System (SMS) principles and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of FAA acquisition processes and AMS standards.
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe POPM, or PMP.
Experience supporting FAA NextGen modernization programs or telecommunications infrastructure initiatives.
Familiarity with international telecommunications and aviation standards (ITU-T, ICAO).
Background in federal cybersecurity frameworks (Zero Trust, NIST RMF, FedRAMP) as applied to telecommunications.
Experience contributing to federal policy, advisory boards, or industry working groups.
