Responsibilities

Peraton is looking for a Senior System Administrator supporting our Contact Center Systems Division. This qualified candidate will need to have senior level Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) platform experience, preferably including ICM, CVP and Finesse applications. This role will assist with operational and project management support for the environment and related applications. The administrator will assist in analyzing and defining business and technical requirements for complex Cisco Contact Center implementations. Must show the capacity to work in a large enterprise environment

 

What you will do:

 

  • Maintaining and upgrading IRS UCCE platform applications that are often high-volume and low-latency, required for mission-critical systems
  • Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging
  • Ensuring designs comply with specifications
  • Conduct testing to ensure high quality bug free and secure code.
  • Contribute to a technical team to ensure consistency and interoperability between solution components
  • Provide high quality written documentation for all application requirements, as may be required
  • Perform reporting assessments and conduct training and/or mentoring sessions.

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience. Additional 4 years of experience maybe accepted in lieu of the degree
  • Experience with contact center technologies, including Cisco UCCE
  • Experience with Visio, MS Project and other MS Office Applications
  • Familiarity and exposure to any Cisco 3rd Party Products (i.e. Nuance, Finesse, Verint, etc.)
  • Skills and experience with Microsoft Office products specifically MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
  • Excellent communications skills
  • MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) certification
  • Must be a US Citizen or a Green Card Holder- must have 3 years of US residency on the Green Card
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an MBI Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active MBI is a plus
  • Contact Center experience highly desired

Target Salary Range

$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
