Experience applying public health concepts within government or public sector environments
Strong knowledge of analytical techniques (e.g., frequency analysis, logistic regression)
Proficiency in SAS or R for statistical programming and analysis
Skilled in data analysis and management using Excel
Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to emerging technologies and analytical tools
Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and results-driven
U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder required
Must be able to obtain and maintain any security clearance required by the agency
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Python or other modern data science tools
- Experience working with public health data sets (e.g., CDC, CMS, NIH)
- Experience drafting or contributing to public health policy recommendations
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, ggplot2)
Experience with data governance, privacy regulations, or secure data environments
- Prior experience working with federal or state health agencies
