Responsibilities

Peraton requires a Continuous Improvement Lead to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3 EOM. 

This position is located at MacDill AFB in Florida.   

The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.  

The MacDill Enterprise Site Lead serves as the senior on-site representative responsible for enabling facility, workforce, and enterprise service operations at MacDill AFB. This role ensures sustained alignment with SITEC 3 EOM objectives, mission readiness, and government expectations, with a focus on workforce health, safety, and operational resilience. The Site Lead supports both on-site and remote teams through optimized environments, performance oversight, and proactive engagement. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Site Lead for Facility Operations & Environment: Oversees facility and workspace functionality, ensuring personnel have access to safe, effective, and collaborative environments. Drives improvements across MacDill and remote sites to support mission execution and service delivery. 
  • Site Lead for Workforce Health & Readiness: Champions employee well-being through engagement initiatives, emergency planning, and morale-building activities. Serves as the government-facing lead for personnel status, hurricane preparedness, COOP coordination, and accountability. 
  • Site Lead for Operational Support & Incident Facilitation: Resolves site-specific challenges and maintains daily operational continuity in coordination with local service leads. Facilitates resolution of SIE-related incident and problem tickets impacting MacDill operations, ensuring timely escalation and communication. 
  • Site Lead for IT & Equipment Oversight: Ensures IT assets are functional, compliant, and properly documented to support uninterrupted enterprise operations and situational awareness. Coordinates with IT teams to maintain asset visibility and readiness. 
  • Site Lead for Training & Onboarding: Manages onboarding workflows and role-specific training to accelerate workforce integration and professional readiness. Supports continuous learning and ensures new personnel are equipped for mission success. 
  • Site Lead for Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Leads localized workspace and process enhancements that improve efficiency, collaboration, and workforce experience. Identifies opportunities for automation and innovation, and contributes to site-specific planning and improvement roadmaps. 
  • Site Lead for Compliance & Governance: Upholds contract requirements, safety protocols, and service standards to maintain audit readiness and mission alignment. Supports Safety Officer actions and ensures adherence to facility procedures, emergency plans, and enterprise governance policies. 
  • Site Lead for Team Collaboration & Leadership: Leads and coordinates cross-functional teams at MacDill to execute site initiatives, assign responsibilities, and promote a collaborative, accountable, and adaptable work environment. Fosters a culture of transparency, ownership, and mission focus. 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 12 years of experience
  • A DoD TS/SCI clearance is required 
  • Proven experience leading enterprise site operations, workforce coordination, or service delivery in a DoD or federal environment 
  • Strong understanding of SITEC 3 EOM objectives, ITSM principles, and enterprise service frameworks 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage facilities, coordinate emergency planning, and uphold compliance standards 
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive operational outcomes under pressure 
  •  

Desired Qualifications: 

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program/project management certification 
  • Strong understanding of business, IT, and operations management principles, including enterprise policies, procedures, and governance frameworks 
  • ITIL v4 Foundation or higher certification 
  • Experience with ServiceNow, IT asset management, and incident/problem coordination 
  • Familiarity with COOP planning, hurricane preparedness, and federal accountability protocols 
  • Background in continuous improvement, automation, and workforce enablement initiatives 
  • Prior experience supporting SOCOM, CENTCOM, or other mission-critical environments

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
