Information & Knowledge Management Project Manager

Peraton is seeking an Information & Knowledge Management (IKM) Project Manager to work on-site at Camp Smith, HI.

This position requires a dedicated Information & Knowledge Management (IKM) Project Manager (PM) to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise-level IKM projects across staff sections. This billet ensures effective portfolio and project management oversight of complex IKM initiatives supporting command operations, exercise planning, SharePoint modernization, and operational decision-making processes. The IKM PM will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of IM best practices using industry-standard project management frameworks such as SDLC, Agile, and Scrum, while ensuring continuity, compliance, and accountability across all IKM workstreams. This position directly supports the successful execution of the Knowledge and Information Management Plan (KIMP), improves information delivery to senior leadership, and ensures integration of IKM capabilities with command-level battle rhythms and planning cycles.

What you'll do:

• Manage multiple complex IT and IM projects involving Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform tools to enable command-wide collaboration and data access.
• Oversee the implementation and customization of SharePoint Online site collections, lists, and libraries across various divisions to enhance digital workspace functionality.
• Lead project tracking and reporting efforts, including scheduling, risk management, task delegation, and change control for IM initiatives supporting exercises and real-world contingencies.
• Provide day-to-day support and escalation management for SharePoint permissions, Teams/OneDrive integrations, Power BI dashboards, and PowerApps solutions.
• Implement governance and accountability measures to improve efficiency, reduce project delivery times, and align deliverables with MARFORPAC’s strategic IM objectives.

Required

• 10 years of experience in management
• Clearance:  Active TS/SCI clearance is required
• Experience with Information Management
• Knowledge of AI capabilities and tools 
• Knowledge of DOD, USMC and military culture and procedures
• Ability to manage and brief senior leaders
• U.S Citizenship required

Desired:

Master's Degree and 10+ years of experience or Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience
