Responsibilities

 

Are you an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Administrator looking to make a real impact in a fast-paced, high-performance environment? Join our team supporting a large, complex government agency where your expertise will help drive mission-critical service delivery and platform innovation. As a key member of our multi-discipline team, you will engage in full lifecycle ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development—delivering secure, scalable solutions that meet evolving business needs.

 

What you will do:  

  • Platform administration, configuration, and custom development
  • Will support and enhance modules such as Security Operations, Incident Response Center (IRC), ITSM, CMDB, and Service Portal/Employee Center
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues
  • Ensuring maintainability, performance, and compliance across the platform
  • Collaborative, communicative, and detail-oriented
  • Solution-oriented mindset with focus on scalable, maintainable configurations
  • Ability to assess impact, scope, and cost of platform changes
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience. An additional 4 years of experience maybe accepted in lieu of the degree
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow experience as an Admin/Developer
  • Active ServiceNow CSA or higher
  • Experience with Security Operations, ITSM, CMDB, and Service Portal
  • Strong development skills: GLIDE, Business Rules, Flow Designer, UI Policies, APIs, ACLs, etc.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance

Preferred/Desired Skills:

  • Experience in Washington (release code) or higher
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL
  • CMDB Service Mapping & ServiceNow Upgrades
  • ITIL v3 or higher certification
  • Strong documentation and testing practices
  • Ability to support and work within an Agile, remote team structure

Target Salary Range

$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
