As part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in enabling the future state vision through model-based systems engineering (MBSE), enterprise-wide integration, and cutting-edge technology adoption. We're looking for individuals ready to tackle complex challenges and support the strategic goals of the agency through innovative solutions.

 

We are hiring for the following roles:

  • Full-lifecycle Systems Engineers and Integrators – Lead the design, implementation, and integration of end-to-end systems.
  • Solution Design and Software Architects – Shape and develop scalable, mission-aligned technical solutions.
  • Sensor Integration Engineers – Enable next-gen capabilities by integrating advanced sensors into existing systems.
  • Requirements Engineers – Translate mission needs into actionable technical and functional requirements.
  • Business and Enterprise Architects – Guide enterprise-level strategy and architecture to support modernization.
  • Cloud and IT Engineers – Support the migration to secure, scalable multi-cloud environments.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or other STEM program 
  • 8+ years of experience in systems engineering within government or industry.

  • MBSE Certification 
  • INCOSE Expert System Engineering Professional (ESEP) Certification
  • CISSP Certification
  • Security+ Certification
  • AWS Certification
  • Cloud Certified Solutions Architect

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
