Peraton is currently seeking a senior level Reston-based Business Development Executive with an understanding of DoD customers and the Golden Dome for America (GDA) initiative. The ideal candidate will have the ability to partner internally with Peraton growth personnel to identify and win business opportunities in the GDA domain, utilizing a structured and repeatable business development process. The right person will have experience with cyber and space domains, with an understanding of DoD budget processes, appropriations, congressional engagements, and strategic narratives. Additional military customer experience is a plus. It is important for the candidate to be capable of building a robust, targeted pipeline of opportunities that will drive growth and ensure that goals are met. Critical skill sets include strong strategic planning abilities and an unrelenting focus on winning business with GDA customers. It is also important that the candidate have a current network of customer contacts. Candidate must be able to work collaboratively and professionally with different teams of experts across Peraton, our partners and consultants and maintain consistent lines of communication both written and oral.
