Peraton is seeking a Reporting Suite Subject Matter Expert (SME) who’s ready to lead the charge in modernizing how the Intelligence Community (IC) reports and collaborates. As a key player on a high-impact team, you’ll bring deep experience with NSA tools like RAD, Grapevine, and Chronicle to train and guide the reporting community through a pivotal transition to new capabilities.
ME should have a strong familiarity RAD to train and transition reporters across the Intelligence Community over the modernized reporting tool. SME should be a self-starter with strong communication skills and a strong knowledge of IC GovCloud capabilities.

Serve as the go-to expert for RAD and related NSA reporting tools, guiding IC reporters in adopting and mastering the modernized reporting suite
Deliver live demos, customer briefings, and outreach to support the rollout and adoption of new tools
Work side-by-side with software developers to translate real-world mission workflows into actionable system requirements
Provide front-line troubleshooting and documentation for tool users
Collaborate in a fast-paced, mission-driven team environment to meet strategic IC reporting goals
Partner with mission stakeholders to identify workflow gaps and propose innovative reporting solutions
Use Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) to manage support tickets and author technical documentation
Twenty (20) years of experience as a Systems Engineer (SE) supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
Proven experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
Note: An additional five (5) years of SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph is required.
