Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a seasoned, highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive, proactive, and seamless support to three of our executive leadership team: the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), the Chief Communications and Engagement Officer (CCEO), and the Chief Information Officer (CIO). This role demands a resourceful and highly adaptable professional with a proven track record supporting senior leaders in complex, dynamic environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and optimize complex calendars, appointments, and priorities for three senior executives.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and oversee meetings (in‑person and virtual), including agenda preparation, logistics, and recording minutes and action items.
  • Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, including logistics and expense reporting.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentation materials, and briefing documents.
  • Maintain utmost confidentiality when dealing with sensitive or proprietary information.
  • Anticipate executive needs and priorities, making recommendations and providing seamless support.
  • Support special projects and cross‑functional efforts across departments as assigned.
  • Maintain and implement best practices and operational excellence for executive support.

Qualifications

  •  High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C‑suite leaders, ideally within a large corporate or government contracting environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with video conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, adept at managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Discretion and a demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with a proven ability to build trust across departments and levels.
  • Proactive mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems creatively.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a government contracting, national security, or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of corporate policies, procedures, and best practices related to executive support.
  • Prior experience supporting multiple C‑suite leaders and their teams simultaneously.

Target Salary Range

$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
