Responsibilities

Are you a seasoned systems integrator with a passion for spectral technology and GEOINT innovation? We’re seeking a Senior Systems Integrator with specialized expertise in Hyperspectral Imagery (HSI) to lead enterprise integration efforts for some of the nation's most critical intelligence and defense missions.

In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the NSG/ASG system-of-systems architecture, with a focus on integrating advanced spectral capabilities into hybrid environments supporting the Intelligence Community (IC).

What You'll Do

As a senior technical leader, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, implementation, and oversight of complex system integration initiatives—while providing expert guidance on HSI capabilities and spectral data workflows. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the integration of Hyperspectral Imagery (HSI) and other spectral data into enterprise-level systems and exploitation tools across NSG, ASG, and partner agencies.

  • Oversee the end-to-end integration of hybrid infrastructure (cloud, on-premise, and mixed environments), ensuring compatibility and alignment with security and mission goals.

  • Maintain enterprise-level situational awareness of systems architecture, including dependencies across infrastructure, security, cloud services, and spectral data processing pipelines.

  • Develop technical design packages and engineering plans for enterprise deployments with an emphasis on spectral system readiness and performance.

  • Support NGA/NRO integration initiatives, driving collaboration across multi-agency efforts with a focus on Spectral/GEOINT convergence.

  • Mentor and guide Mid- and Junior-level Integrators, elevating technical capabilities across the team and fostering a culture of engineering excellence.

Qualifications

Peraton offers enhanced benefits to employees working on this critical National Security program, which include heavily subsidized employee benefits coverage for you and your dependents, 25 days of PTO accrued annually up to a generous PTO cap and eligible to participate in an attractive bonus plan.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (or equivalent experience: 4 additional years without a degree, or 2 years with a non-STEM degree).

  • 12+ years of experience in systems integration within government or industry, particularly in large System-of-Systems (SoS) or Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments.

  • Demonstrated experience integrating Hyperspectral Imagery (HSI) and other spectral data into analysis tools or intelligence platforms.

  • Proven ability to manage enterprise deployments across diverse environments including cloud, on-premise, and hybrid ecosystems.

  • TS/SCI clearance (or ability to obtain and pass polygraph).

Desired:

  • Experience with NGA/NRO joint systems and deep familiarity with NGA Infrastructure & Program Office (IPO) operations.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related technical field.

  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools.

  • Understanding of IC security protocols, mission priorities, and spectral exploitation technologies.

Why This Role Matters

This is more than just another systems integrator position—it's a chance to be at the cutting edge of GEOINT innovation. Hyperspectral imagery is reshaping how we detect, analyze, and act on mission-critical intelligence. Your work will directly influence how spectral capabilities are operationalized across the enterprise.
