Facilities and Project Support Manager

Peraton is seeking an experienced Facilities/Logistics Manager that works well both within a team dynamic as well as independently. The candidate will provide a broad range of functions to include, access control, submitting Logistics requests, submitting facility trouble tickets, ordering supplies, and managing both small and large scale organizational facilities projects. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the follow:

• Submits IT equipment requests and purchases and troubleshoots tickets
• Reviews IT equipment on a monthly basis while validating current IT needs and identifying redundant or unused equipment
• Area custodian for multiple areas of operation
• Submits facilities trouble tickets
• Submits tickets for system accounts, issues, and phone privileges
• Creates and distributes nametag inserts
• Serves as the main space and/or building POC
• Manages and updates seating charts for space personnel, while maintaining a running knowledge of what seats are available as well as what’s available for temporary projects
• Serves as POC for renovations projects
• Serves as POC for vendors when ordering supplies and equipment, to include furniture orders and upgrades for renovations 
• Updates databases and systems with newly acquired information
• Manages multiple functions of building operations and maintenance of the facility

Required Qualifications:

• An active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
• BA/BS and 8+ years of experience; Masters and 6+ years of experience; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, Power-Point, and MS Project.
• Must be able to work with little to no direction and be able to coordinate and work with Management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with Senior Management, peers, and vendors, providing excellent internal and external customer service.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to work well with others.

• Deep historical and institutional knowledge of the customer mission and programs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
