Responsibilities

Overview:
Senior Systems Integrators play a critical leadership role in supporting government efforts to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the NSG/ASG systems-of-systems enterprise. This position involves overseeing the planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and maintenance of comprehensive solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. Work is conducted using established processes, tools, and best practices to ensure mission success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support systems integration initiatives across the NSG, ASG, and partnering federal agencies to ensure the delivery of timely and accurate GEOINT capabilities.

  • Provide enterprise-level oversight and maintain a holistic understanding of system architecture, including interdependencies, requirements, and technical relationships across infrastructure, cloud, hybrid services, and security domains.

  • Oversee the development of engineering plans and technical design packages for site installations, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and security standards.

  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to Mid- and Junior-level Systems Integrators, supporting professional development and project success.

Skills and Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field; or related equivalent additional experience of 4 years with no degree or 2 years with a non-STEM degree.

  • 12+ years of experience within government or industry, specifically working with large, complex System of Systems (SoS) or Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments deployed across cloud, on-premise, or hybrid infrastructures.

  • Hands-on experience supporting NGA/NRO joint integration efforts.

  • Practical knowledge of NGA IPO infrastructure.

  • Experience in integrating spectral data into spectral exploitation tools, Hyperspectral Imagery (HSI).
  • Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain SCI eligibility and successfully complete a polygraph examination.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM discipline.

  • Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles, methodologies, tools, and modeling languages.

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
