Day to Day Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and manage integrated master schedules and timelines that support engineering, operations, and customer objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Sales, Engineering, Operations—to create staffing and support plans based on project needs.

  • Generate documentation including meeting agendas, project actions, and status reports.

  • Track project execution, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to keep schedules on target.

  • Support ongoing business process improvements and propose innovative solutions to boost efficiency.

  • Deliver briefings and updates to internal stakeholders and leadership teams.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience or High School diploma/equivalent and 6 years of experience.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in project management, scheduling, engineering and manufacturing project planning, schedule development and resource allocation. 
  • Proficiency in MS Project and schedule planning tools
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and formulate solutions for problems/issues.  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting new product development and launch cycles
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other integrated scheduling platforms
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation—with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Target Salary Range

$51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
