Responsibilities

Peraton seeks a Cyber Program Analyst to provide Electromagnetic (EW) Modernization support to the Army, directly supporting the HQDA G-3/5/7 DAMO-Strategic Operations EW Warfare (SOW).  Location:  Pentagon / Arlington, VA.

Tasks include:

  • Coordinate, integrate, and synchronize developments across Army and Centers of Excellence for DOTMLPF-P solutions
  • Support development and execution of demonstrations and experiementation
  • Analyze and produce materiel requirement recommendations with regard to Force Design Updates that impact Army EW
  • Provide DOTMLPF-P analysis and briefings
  • Provide responses to short notice Congressional taskers.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college with 15+ years of US DoD experience. 
  • Must have extensive Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) experience and knowledge
    • Have EW knowledge of the following: Advanced Countermeasures, Modular EMS System (MEMSS), Spectrum Analyzer, Family of Delivered EW (FDEW), Multi-Function EW (MFEW) Air Large, MFEW Air Small, MFEW High Altitude, and Terrestrial Layer System
  • At a minimum must have the following documented:
    • Experience in EW/CEMA at the HQDA or equivalent level and above
    • Experience and knowledge of military documentation process, JCIDS requirements analysis, and PPBE
    • An in-depth understanding of the structure, functions, and specific key personnel across OSD, Joint Staff, HQDA, CCMDs, TRADOC, and the ASCCs including ARCYBER, CCoE and other TRADOC CoEs
  • Must possess excellent writing, editing, and briefing skills
  • Must have demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic team environment
  • Must have demonstrated ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet short-suspense deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have completed formal courses equivalent to or relevant to HQDA processes and systems
  • Requires active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain SCI
  • U.S Citizenship required

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
