Responsibilities

 

Peraton is seeking Technical Project Lead to join our team for an application modernization opportunity at FDIC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day to day technical leadership ensure the team members understand the adopted methodologies and adhere to the best practices. You will work very closely with the team members to monitor the progress and adherence to agreed processes. This position can be worked on remotely but some travel will be required. Will be responsible for participating in orals during the proposal process. This description is subject to change after RFP release.

 

Day to Day Work Responsibilities: 

 

  • Directs the performance of a variety of related technical tasks and projects
  • Responsible for the successful technical deliverables on a major program in accordance with defined technical requirements
  • Responsible for some hands-on development or application modernization work
  • Responsible for meeting product delivery schedule timelines and performance objectives; conducting requirements reviews and information analysis, as well as producing cost-benefit analysis 
  • Must assist clients in achieving all stated objectives and for ensuring quality and accuracy of deliverables 
  • Coordinates the work efforts of multiple workstreams on the program to ensure timely problem resolution and total customer satisfaction 
  • Ensures compliance with client specific software development lifecycle processes, engineering technical reviews, and project artifacts
  • Work with program manager to ensure overall customer satisfaction and successful delivery.

Qualifications

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Additional 4 years of experience maybe accepted in lieu of the degree
  • 12 years experience leading software development teams using Agile methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
  • 15 years’ experience in applications design, development, testing and implementation
  • DevSecOps experience
  • CI/CD experience
  • Human Centered Design
  • Familiarity with Application Security
  • Must have experience in Business Rule solution development and implementation using industry leading products/solutions e.g. Azure Business Rules Engine, Azure Logic Apps Engine aligned to customer business processes and automation
  • Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and UiPath
  • Experience in GitHub / GitOps
  • Java, Springboot, Angular experience
  • Applications transformation into Azure Cloud (Microservices, Containers)
  • Must be a US Citizen 
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
