Database Administrator - Part Time (12 hours per week)

***PART TIME***  (Approx. 12 hours week) 

***Active DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance***

Job Responsibilities include:

• Database administrator will be performing data analysis, database design, development activities, and implementation for databases and database conversions
• Rendering highly technical expertise and guidance in the design, implementation, operation and maintenance of database management systems (DBMS)
• Developing and testing logical and physical database designs via database design and implementation process
• Evaluating and recommending available DBMS products after matching requirements with system capabilities
• Managing the compliance to all required database administration procedures, standards, and guidelines
• Executing projects/programs with similar requirements as IDEA PWS paragraphs

Requirements:

• TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI
• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar field of study
• 2+ years of experience performing database conversions
