Systems Integrator - Project Manager

The systems integrator responsible for organizing, integrating multiple systems, applications, and technologies to create a cohesive and functional whole. The SI shall support the Sponsor in a breadth of activities to include:

• Develop regular status reporting for Department-level leadership to share with senior executives across the Sponsor's partners;
• Manage and track multiple meetings, capture-minutes, and support documentation reviews;
• Assist the Sponsor in assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements;
• Compose and maintain correspondence documentation such as operating procedures and internal memorandums;
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing;
• Comfortable with technology and can grasp technical concepts quickly;
• Other ad-hoc tasking, as required.

• TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Proactive self-starter able to support multiple efforts simultaneously and dynamically pivot priorities based on leadership guidance.
• Ability to understand and document technical concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Resourceful and capable of finding solutions to unforeseen issues.
• Ability to proactively engage and drive technology projects forward independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication {written and verbal) and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel.   

Highly Desired Qualifications:

• Demonstrated field experience supporting the Sponsor and the mission.
• Cable writing experience.
• Prior experience supporting senior level management.
• Prior experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve mission.
