Concurrent Flexible Enterprise Engineering Efforts (CF3E) supports the rapid introduction of new or enhanced NetOps Capabilities (i.e., pilot programs, initial capability roll-outs, etc.) on the DODIN-A without negatively impacting existing services, capabilities, or tools. In support of this mission set, CF3E executes strategic projects that do not align under any NETCOM capability or service. CF3E additionally provides support in the development of enterprise capabilities’ functional requirements, concepts, doctrine, policies, processes, standards, and supporting documentation for the integration of future enterprise capabilities and tools into the DoDIN-A. CF3E is considered a system of systems for the purposes of this task order with a workload equivalent to five independent capabilities. To scope the work associated with CF3E, the Government will provide a list of up to five concurrent emerging technology efforts comprising the CF3E portfolio upon task order award. This list is subject to continual change based on the Government’s mission requirements as outlined below. CF3E support efforts may be paused or discontinued to support new requirements at the Government’s discretion.
Unique Support Tasks
1) Stand up a dedicated support team for any new CF3E efforts within 30 calendar days of COR notification.
2) Provide integration support for up to five concurrent engineering efforts.
3) Collect, analyze, and enter all data necessary to maintain the DoDIN-A approved tools list.
4) Support technical review boards by following the Capabilities Needs Form package process and making written recommendation to the Enterprise Requirements Validation Board (ERVB).
