Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our Peraton team and serve as the Program Manager (PM), the primary POC for our U.S. Government customer in San Antonio, TX. The program supported will deliver a key decisional advantage to the customer by delivering timely and relevant intelligence data/products to the war fighter. The PM will lead the contract to enable critical support functions in all major work centers of the customer’s operations center, and will further enable the customer’s leadership to exercise both command and control (C2) authorities as well as intelligence roles. In this role, the Program Manager will provide oversight and support to the customer, and serve as the chief technical lead and the primary interface between the Contractor and the COR. The PM will manage and provide oversight for task order short- and long-term project initiatives, including development of a comprehensive project plan, personnel roster, and project cost and budget estimates, as applicable. The PM will provide overall leadership and guidance for all Peraton contract personnel including assigning tasks to personnel, supervising on-going technical efforts, and managing overall performance. The PM shall be responsible for quality and efficiency, including both technical issues and business processes. The individual selected for this position will be located on-site at Joint Base San Antonio – Lackland, and occasionally travel to Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) locations in support of personnel and missions in those locations.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active TS-SCI with CI Polygraph
  • At least five years’ experience managing geographically dispersed personnel
  • At least five years’ experience (with at least one year having occurred in the past five years) supporting DoD intelligence and/or ISR operations
  • 15 years of experience, with a minimum of five years of experience managing a program similar in complexity to the requirements of this posting. (BS 12-15, MS 10-13, Phd 10+)
  • A bachelor’s degree in a field related to national security, cybersecurity, or military Science, either from an academic institution or Service War College – senior-level professional military education (e.g., Air War College, National War College, or equivalent)
  • An active Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Senior military/DoD leadership experience leading large and complex organizations in geographically dispersed locations
  • SIGINT and Cyberspace Operations experience
  • Masters degree in a related field
  • Previous experience managing large and complex programs (to include oversight/execution of military OAI) valued at $200M annually or more
  • Previous experience as Chief of Staff, Director of Operations, or equivalent

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
