Responsibilities

Senior-level Project Integrator supporting executive-level customer overseeing global enterprise. The candidate will work closely with executive leaders, stakeholders and partners developing and managing a full lifecycle of tasking requirements to include receiving, tracking and responding to corporate-level actions. 

 

Duties:

  • Develop and manage a full lifecycle of tasking requirements to include ingesting, tracking and responding to corporate-level actions
  • Develop relationships with multiple partners and stakeholders to identify, how to effectively collect, synthesis and report out information and data through formal and informal tasking and actions channels
  • Streamline existing process and create a sustainable method of collecting, distilling and disseminating actions more efficiently
  • Synchronize communication activities with the parent office and lateral stakeholders ensuring actions are coordinated and comprehensive to align with long-term strategic goals and objectives
  • Participates in FO-level meetings, as necessary

Qualifications

  • TS/SCI with Poly level clearance is required
  • BA/BS and 8+ years of experience; Masters and 6+ years of experience; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Experience with Systems Integration supporting Senior level management
  • Experience with Customer's action tracking tool and process
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across a team, independent stakeholders and mission partners
  • Ability to work in a team environment, and independently identify and resolve challenges leveraging critical thinking/problem solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and on a team
  • Strong attention to detail, prioritization and multitasking
  • Experience dealing with complex situations in a fast-paced environment
  • Occasional travel within WMA

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
