Administrative Services Specialist

Roles and responsibility for this position:

The Administrative Services Specialist will be expected to:

• enter customer PO info to create CostPoint sales orders
• prepare Westar packing lists in Word as necessary to ship products
• prepare CostPoint packing lists as required to create CostPoint invoices
• assist with incoming product and inventory disposition activities, including serialization
• create FedEx, UPS and DHL shipping labels as necessary to backup shipping department
• pack Westar products for shipment as necessary to backup shipping department
• coordinate employee travel (flights, hotels, rental cars) with Peraton travel company
• assist with trade show planning and preparation activities
• perform basic office support, including answering phones, signing-in visitors, etc.

• High School level plus some advanced training; Minimum of 3 years
• must be proficient with Excel and Word
• must have a general understanding of Adobe
• US Citizenship required
