Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Zero Trust – ICAM Senior Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The qualified applicant will become part of Peraton’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) Program, for the US Coast Guard (CG). This initiative is modernizing and consolidating the operational environment under a common technology framework in order to better support the services provided to CGs customers.  The Zero Trust-ICAM Senior Engineer will work directly with the customer and internal Architecture team on current O&M and the Zero Trust Roadmap of capabilities. The candidate will be familiar with Zero Trust – ICAM solutions in the .Mil space, Microsoft centric ICAM/Directory solutions, and other COTS based ICAM solutions that could apply in roadmaps.

Work Location: Remote, with occasional travel to attend meetings with the customer as requested.

Day to Day Work Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Design, Deployment, and configurations of Zero Trust-ICAM solutions including but not limited to:
    • Privileged access controls (PAM)
    • Access Management
    • Authorization
    • Directory Services
    • Fine Grained access controls
    • Hybrid solutions (Cloud/On Prem)
  • Configure and maintain components for seamless integration with Windows systems.
  • Provide leadership internally and with the customer on Zero Trust – ICAM initiatives in meetings as well as day to day activities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, policies, and procedures.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and training programs for team members.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 10 years with AS/AA; Minimum of 12 years with HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • US Citizenship required; Must have a minimum of Secret clearance (or higher).
  • Experience in design, installation, implementation, user policies, certifications, privilege account provisioning, creating workflows, custom connectors, policies.
  • Extensive experience with Active Directory: Group Policy, AD Schema, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and automation via PowerShell.
  • Server administration experience is required, with experience managing Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments.
  • Ability to handle competing priorities with high expectations in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must have one or more of the following Security Certification: (Security+, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SCCP).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CyberArk CDE/Sentry Certified
  • Experience in the DoD is desired.
  • Experience in engineering in an agile environment.
  • Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written.
  • Experience with DoD Zero Trust – ICAM solutions such as DISA, Army, Navy, or INTEL

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
