Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to provide development and O&M support for a production Java application with an Oracle backend and Jboss/Tomcat application server. The successful candidate will be developing in AWS cloud environment using cutting edge technology. The developer will work in conjunction with other government and contractor developers to assist in all facets of development and O&M for the application. O&M support will include, but is not limited to, the gathering, analysis, and development of enhancement specifications/requirements provided by the system owner. The developer may be tasked with supporting all aspects of the project to include all phases of life cycle development. The employee will need to possess strong user interface skills using Angular/Ajax application development. 

** This role is approved for Hybrid support, Flexible for occasional telework – must be local to work location **

Required Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree and ten years of experience (or MS/MA degree and six years of experience) with programming and software development including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting and/or upgrading of software systems. 
• You possess five (5) years of experience architecting software solutions based on customer requirement
• You’ve led technical teams or projects for at least five (5) years
• You have three (3) years of experience designing and implementing automated build and deployment pipelines and supporting platform
• You have strong Java / JavaScript/Ajax Application Development
• Have used Angular version 11 or greater or React
• You have experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications while maintaining 24/7 availability 
• You have a current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain a polygraph

Required Skillset:

1. Java (JEE Development)

2. Strong JavaScript/Ajax Application Development

3. Angular  version 11 or above and/or React experience

4. Spring Boot

5. JBoss/Tomcat  

6. Oracle 19C SQL scripting

Optional Skillset:

1. Atlassian tools

2. PostgreSQL

3. Agile methodology experience

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
