Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Client Executive-Health and Human Services to lead development and execution of strategic planning and engagement for our Defense Enterprise and Health Solutions (DE&HS) business unit.  The successful candidate will be a collaborative partner to the DE&HS leadership team. You will lead organizational transformation and drive engagement across our customers and teams to deliver Peraton’s commitment to client mission success and organizational growth.

 

 Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

  • The successful candidate will be a collaborative partner with Peraton’s Health leadership team to develop comprehensive strategic plans to advance Peraton’s mission and objectives, and to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Develop and lead DM&HS through a strategy development process that orients the sector around compelling Peraton Health offerings that generate near and long-term actions, and fosters alignment across the Peraton enterprise
  • Coordinate and lead communications across customers, partners and industry organizations that conveys Peraton’s branding for Health Mission and Health IT offerings to ensure consistent messaging for Peraton’s capabilities, brand awareness, and further position Peraton as the leader in delivering critical mission IT outcomes
  • Drive planning, priorities and initiatives including customer engagement strategies, and internal and external communication plans
  • Develop and implement an approach for identifying, qualifying, and engaging with partner organizations, and support business unit efforts to enter or scale strategic partnerships
  • Develop and lead customer engagement plans for targeted key Health opportunities
  • Lead independent assessments, drive on-contract growth by leveraging DE&HS thought leaders for both innovation, and engagement to resolve program issues
  • Facilitate communication and partnership between Peraton sectors, growth teams and the delivery line, promoting collaboration and increase speed to deliver

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or relevant field
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • A minimum of 20 years of experience successfully selling and delivering mission critical IT programs in government
  • Ability to hold both public trust clearance
  • Must have executive engagement experience with HHS agencies to include CMS, FDA, CDC, VA and the SBA and OSDBU federal agencies.
  • Must have proven track record for new business and on contract growth
  • Deep understanding of Federal Health agency missions and experience delivering a broad range of services, solutions, and technology to clients
  • Proven ability to develop strategic plans that are tightly aligned to accounts, opportunities and Peraton capabilities that produce results
  • Experience collaborating across senior government and mission operators to align priorities to legislative actions and trends in acquisition strategies
  • Ability to engage at all levels of the organization - quickly developing trust, collaborating, and driving actions
  • A proven track record of delivering high-value results for clients with limited direction in mission environments with fluid priorities
  • High-energy, strategic problem solver with excellent judgment and a passion for our customer’s mission
  • Ability to work with and lead high performing cross-functional teams
  • Effective communication skills and proven ability to brief senior government and federal executives
  • SAFe® Agile Leadership Certification
  • Project Management Institute – Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Direct exposure to National Committee of Vital Health Statistics (NCVHS)

Target Salary Range

$176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
