Provides technical security support to for government programs; duties include but are not limited to interpreting, implementing, and administering security policy; monitoring management of personnel access quotas, program access request processing, first tier adjudication performance and periodic reinvestigation processing; and conducting program indoctrinations and debriefings. Performs classification review of outgoing documents, electronic media and equipment; assists in the development of classification guidance; advises on facility design review and construction criteria; assembles data for preparation of physical security Inspectable Space Determination (TEMPEST) packages, AIS and physical security packages; develops and implements facility operating procedures; prepares Co-Utilization Agreements; maintains physical security, AIS, and TEMPEST records; administers OPSEC processes to determine appropriate countermeasures; and receives direction from the Government PSO.
