Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking highly qualified candidate to fill our Program Manager role on for the upcoming United States Army Europe (USAREUR) Enterprise Mission Information Technology Services (EMITS).  Position is located at the Wiesbaden, Germany, supporting U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden services 15 installations and housing areas in the area, including Clay Kaserne, the Dagger Complex in Darmstadt, and McCully Support Center in Wackernheim. 

 

Peraton will deliver enterprise information technology, communications and mission command support services to USAREUR headquarters, US North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) operations, and other forward deployed Department of Defense (DoD) organizations and Regionally Aligned Forces (RAF) in Europe.

 

Your responsibilities will be (not limited to):

  • Primary POC to senior customers, the COR, and the KO
  • Accountable for meeting all contract performance and other customer/mission objectives (ex. SLAs)
  • Accountable for meeting all Peraton program financial objectives (ex. revenue, EBIT, DSO, bookings)
  • Accountable for meeting all Peraton program non-financial objectives (ex. attrition, employee growth) 
  • Implement short/long-term strategic goals
  • Coordinate with subcontractor leads and potential new teammates
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement recruiting strategy
  • Partner with Human Resources to develop and implement retention/training strategy
  • Detailed understanding of the contract and ability to effectively work all customers (ex. G-6, GSA)
  • Technical understanding of all work areas
  • Active knowledge of emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with senior corporate leads to establish a long-term plan
  • Define and enforce program policies
  • Implement efficiencies and manage risk

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • This position requires a BS degree and 16+ years of experience (additional experience may be substituted for degree)
  • TS clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Experience leading successful programs >$695M TCV as a contractor and familiarity with DoD customers and/or USAREUR as well as very strong presentation/teamwork/communication skills

Desired:

  • Six+ years of experience managing and leading geographically dispersed operations and engineering staff of varying skill levels in an environment.
  • Six+ years of experience managing complex programs
  • ten+ years of experience in a military environment performing in a related subject area (e.g., engineering or computer science)
  • One of the following: an active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification, a Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification, or a Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC P/PM) Level 3.

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
