Lead GEOINT Quality Test Engineer

We are seeking a Lead GEOINT Quality Test Engineer (GQTE) who will perform GEOINT quality risk analysis, test planning, and test performance of GEOINT data, systems, applications, and services. The Lead GQTE will provide technical and process leadership to GEOINT Quality team members to ensure the spread of standard test practices and knowledge to include conceiving the initial test to address GEOINT quality risks introduced by design, development requirements, and/or system/data integration.

Required Experience/Education:

• Must have a minimum of a Top Secret clearance and willing to upgrade clearance to TS/SCI and sit for and pass a polygraph within 30 days of employment or at customers request- Contract requires TS/SCI with poly.

• Minimum of 12 years experience with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.

• Extensive experience successfully conducting Analysis/Gathering, Test Planning, Test Case Development, Test Execution, Test Automation, and Test Reporting related to GEOINT quality concerns for both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Demonstrated broad experience leading teams resulting in successful verification and test strategies/solutions for complex programs
• Demonstrated experience designing and applying manual test cases and automation scripts to address GEOINT quality risks
• Experience or relevant knowledge demonstrating the ability to actively support the automation strategy/effort for modernizing the GEOINT quality test mission
• Experience or working knowledge with cloud development processes
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with industry system engineering practices
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and provide effective and innovative solutions
• Proven track record ensuring the logical and systematic realization of verification and test requirements into system solutions to meet program objectives (e.g. test scenarios, test plans, defect tracking, lessons learned)
• Strong interpersonal skills in order to influence, collaborate and work effectively with all levels of internal and external leadership
