Required Experience/Education:

  • Must have a minimum of a Top Secret clearance and willing to upgrade clearance to TS/SCI and sit for and pass a polygraph within 30 days of employment or at customers request- Contract requires TS/SCI with poly.
  • Minimum of 12 years experience with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.

  • Extensive experience successfully conducting Analysis/Gathering, Test Planning, Test Case Development, Test Execution, Test Automation, and Test Reporting related to GEOINT quality concerns for both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • Demonstrated broad experience leading teams resulting in successful verification and test strategies/solutions for complex programs
  • Demonstrated experience designing and applying manual test cases and automation scripts to address GEOINT quality risks
  • Experience or relevant knowledge demonstrating the ability to actively support the automation strategy/effort for modernizing the GEOINT quality test mission
  • Experience or working knowledge with cloud development processes
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with industry system engineering practices
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and provide effective and innovative solutions
  • Proven track record ensuring the logical and systematic realization of verification and test requirements into system solutions to meet program objectives (e.g. test scenarios, test plans, defect tracking, lessons learned)
  • Strong interpersonal skills in order to influence, collaborate and work effectively with all levels of internal and external leadership

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
