Responsibilities

We are hiring a Knowledge Management Analyst in Wiesbaden, Germany (TESA position):

 

What you'll do:

  • Provide knowledge management coordination and management of documentation.
  • Serve as the lead architect for knowledge management planning, integration and technical solutions.
  • Monitors and improves the flow of information through the use of technology and process improvements.
  • Recommends, designs and implements standard operating procedures along with establishing roles and responsibilities for supporting a knowledge management environment.
  • Assists management in long range strategic organization development planning and execution along with mid-term plans for technical development.
  • Coordinate Knowledge Management tasks with supporting organizations, under government direction, to ensure best practices, techniques, and technologies are identified.
  • Document and store Knowledge Management Also consists of creating SharePoint sites, managing access lists, along with uploading and maintaining documentation.
  • Primary contact for all Knowledge Management technical and administrative issues.
  • Provide status reports to the government lead for all projects monthly.
  • Provide weekly and monthly status reports documenting work performed.

Qualifications

2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree

 

What you'll need:

 

Broad and demonstrable knowledge management experience in an Army enterprise setting.  Extensive knowledge and management expertise requiring the melding of a wide variety of knowledge and information management best practices, techniques, and technologies.

  • DOD Secret Clearance 
  • IAT II certifcation (A+ or Security+)
  • Windows 10, can be done during on boarding

Desired experience:

  • SharePoint development a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities set by the client.
  • Ability to create and maintain technical standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings; manage meeting minutes.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent networking skills.

Target Salary Range

$51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
