Responsibilities

Peraton requires Project Manager Team Leads to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3.  This position is located in Camp Smith, HI

 

The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.

 

The Project Manager Team Lead has the primary responsibility for managing a cloud project or projects assigned by the Government, to include project requirements, scope, budget, schedule and performance. The Project Manager is the conductor for the SOFNET Cloud team and must be able to guide, develop, and mentor the members of the SOFNET Cloud team to ensure project tasks are completed. The Project Manager also ensures that the leadership’s priorities are maintained and implemented through the SOFNET Cloud team. 

 

Typical duties include:
• Create a Work Breakdown Structure for supported projects.
• Track project work completed and provide reports to leadership.
• Create a project plan with project schedule to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Assist in proposing, implementing, and enforcing Government policies, standards, and methodologies and is responsible for either developing or supervising the preparation of studies, reports, and acquisition documents.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience, may have supervisory or lead experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher education from an accredited college or university in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, a Mathematics-intensive discipline, or a major field of study which either provides substantial knowledge useful in managing large, complex Automated Information System (AIS) projects.
  • TS/SCI clearance is required for this role

  • Candidates must have a working knowledge of Federal Acquisition law, regulations, policies, and procedures, including substantial involvement in a major acquisition effort.

 

  • Desired qualifications:
    • Certified SCRUM Master (CSM)

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
