Executive Assistant

The candidate will provide executive administrative assistance to leadership of our government customer.

Key responsibilities:

• Tracking and accountability of personnel
• Follow government processes
• Coordinate travel
• Release documents for public dissemination
• Arrange for visitors
• Schedule conference rooms, VTCs and SVTC for meetings
• Manage leadership calendars
• Pick up and distribute mail
• Answer phone calls direct to appropriate personnel

Required Education/Skills:

• BS with 2+, MS with 0+, HS with 8+ years of experience
• Experience with government processes and systems
• Experience with Public release system
• Experience with DTS
• U.S. Citizenship
• Top Secret Clearance, with ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI
