Solutions Architect

We are actively seeking a distinguished Architect with substantial expertise in various technical domains. What You Will Do:

• Develop cutting-edge solutions for integrating JavaScript code into the CDC website by leveraging advanced mathematical concepts.
• Design and implement state-of-the-art data visualizations utilizing your specialized skills in image processing and computer vision.
• Construct, refine, and manage ETL pipelines to optimize data workflows, drawing upon your proficiency in algorithms and data science methodologies.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate virtual machine (VM) issues using your extensive knowledge of compiler construction and programming languages.
• Provide strategic architectural guidance to enhance software development practices across the organization, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to convert complex technical requirements into practical strategies while maintaining effective communication channels.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies within your areas of expertise to integrate innovative approaches into our operations continually.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results that meet both timelines and quality benchmarks.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions within the organization to disseminate valuable insights and best practices across teams.
• Mentor junior team members and peers by providing guidance on technical challenges, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
• Degree Mathematics or a related field with a strong focus on applied problem-solving within technological contexts.
• Proven domain expertise in mathematical/statistical modeling, algorithm design, image processing/computer vision, compiler construction/programming languages, software engineering/programming, data science/machine learning.
• Demonstrable experience addressing complex technical issues through innovative thinking and analytical prowess.
• Exceptional communication skills necessary for effectively conveying intricate concepts to diverse audiences including non-expert stakeholders.
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active CDC/NACI clearance
