Mobility Engineering Manager

Peraton is seeking a Mobility Engineering Manager join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position can be worked remotely. This qualified applicant will become part of Peraton’s United States Coast Guard (USCG) Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) Program. This program is an enterprise delivery service consisting of several consolidated task orders and is executed to bring innovation and modernization to the USCG enterprise IT environment, within a managed service business model. The USCG enterprise encompasses an extensive range of IT services and has unique solution challenges to meet their mission needs. 

Day to Day Work Responsibilities:

• Leads the design, development, testing, and certification of capabilities and solutions for Mobility Engineering for both Apple iOS and Samsung Android devices.
• Responsible for the design, development, testing, and certification of capabilities and solutions for the mobile device services portfolio.
• Provides the product management, engineering, technical knowledge, and support services required to plan, design, secure, test, and deploy systems and tooling.
• Develops and maintains roadmaps for each end user service.
• Provides EOL / EOS technology refresh evaluation and support for end user services.
• Provide technical leadership through annual major iOS releases.
• Monitors demand, availability, and capacity for end user services, systems, subsystems, and components. Develops and executes plans to maintain mobile services. performance within acceptable thresholds.
• Leads a team of more than 7 technical resources in the delivery of all facets of contractual requirements in the area of Mobility Engineering Services.

#USCGIMS

Basic Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience, with at least 4+ years of management level responsibility. 
• U.S. Citizenship required; Must have an active Secret clearance (or higher).
• Demonstrated experience managing an enterprise level mobility organization with an emphasis on Intune as the MDM platform.
• Experience managing end user services for IT programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Knowledge of DISA STIG(s) as it pertains to iOS devices.
• Must have demonstrated experience managing mobility teams of IT professionals supporting a large enterprise environment.
• Comfortable being an agent of change.
• Must have demonstrated experience interfacing with customer senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree
• Security+ certification.
• Recommended to have Azure AZ-900 certification.
• Familiarity with DOD IT security requirements.
