Responsibilities

  • Foster effective relationships with senior-level government officials and stakeholders.  
  • Develop process documentation, SOPs, and OIs for the Strategy and Partner Engagement Team (XE) at DC3.  
  • Plan and execute engagements with USG, senior government leaders, foreign government, and other entities.  
  • Host and manage weekly meetings with the DC3 Cross Functional Team (CFT), addressing changes, additions, and updates on upcoming engagements.  
  • Regularly interact with DC3 Directors and the CFT to maintain an up-to-date engagement and conference tracker.  
  • Contribute inputs and updates on future engagements and conferences for the weekly Enterprise Meeting led by the DC3 Exec Director.  
  • Prepare for engagements, including tailoring the DC3 Mission Brief, creating visit itineraries, validating VARs/clearances, and coordinating with Facilities on upcoming visits.  
  • Assist in the organization and hosting of large-scale events with over 200 attendees.  
  • Perform necessary administrative tasks, such as taking meeting minutes and managing calendar invitations.  
  • Leverage a strong understanding of DOD policies and strategies in all interactions.  
  • Build and manage complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Utilize high levels of emotional intelligence and strong communication skills to relay complex ideas to diverse audiences.  
  • Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team setting and adapt to shifting

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role.  
  • Strong background in DOD policies and strategies.  
  • Experience in relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.  
  • High levels of emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.  
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.  
  • Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing priorities. 
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Associates degree and 7+ years of experience; OR Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience; OR Master’s Degree and 3+ years of experience. Or 0 years with PhD. However, four (4) years of additional relevant experience or specialized training will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.

Target Salary Range

$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
