Mission Partner Advocate

Do you want to be part of a team that supports U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM)? Peraton is looking for someone who leads and acts as a full participant as a Mission Partner Advocate. You will provide integration and collaboration across JS Directorates, COCOMs, and interagency partners, fostering efficiencies and information advantage in a flexible and scalable manner. Coordinates and collaborates with key leaders and stakeholders at the Headquarters, Components, and external mission partners to achieve common understanding and reasonable resolution of controversial issues. Minimizes operational conflicts and/or duplication to best achieve National/DoD strategies related to core mission needs. Facilitates and/or attends meetings, forums, working group sessions, and conferences.

Basic Quals:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Minimum 12 YOE with Bachelor Degree or 10 YOE with Master Degree or 7 YOE with PhD
• Experience developing engagement strategy, enhance the quality of and collection of insights from engagement, and facilitates proactive problem identification and mitigation across engagements.
• Experience planning, developing, and independently executing collaborative liaison and advocacy activities to identify, establish, align, and improve relationships with strategic mission partners, other DoD organizations/federal agencies, NATO Allies, and non-NATO partners.
• Experience facilitating information exchange on requirements, capabilities, and deficiencies, as well as emerging technologies and cyber threats. 

Preferred Quals:

• Master’s Degree or PhD from an accredited college or university
