Admin Specialist

Do you want to be part of a team that supports U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM)?  Peraton is looking for an Administrative Specialist who may support the PMO and task leads.  Plans, directs, and coordinates administrative support services of the organization, such as recordkeeping, document destruction, mail distribution, travel planning, telephone operator/receptionist, and other office support services.  

#SOUTHCOM

• Active TS/SCI
• Minimum 5 YOE with Bachelor Degree, or 3 YOE with Master Degree, or 0 YOE with PhD
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience support the development Monthly Status Report
• Experience analyzing internal processes and recommends and implements procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of records.
• Experience using the Army Records Information System (ARMIS)
