Responsibilities

Overview:

Peraton seeks an experienced, pro-active Systems Integrator, Expert to support an organization’s front office. The incumbent will provide administrative and business operations support to enable a fast-paced customer mission. Experience with the customer’s operations will be critical to facilitating and anticipating support requirements to include event planning and management, project management, budget management, and strategic direction advisory support.   

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level organizational performance support to the front office
  • Drive accountability by documenting meetings, identifying actions, and ensuring timely resolution
  • Integrate and visualize data from disparate data sources to create new insights
  • Develop executive-level reports, briefings and dashboards
  • Develop and track key performance indicators
  • Translate organizational priorities into business processes, including:
    • Portfolio management support
    • Process design, improvement, and implementation
    • Governance design, documentation, and implementation
  • Plan, develop, execute, and analyze fiscal year budgets to include projecting future customer budget requirements

Qualifications

Required:

  • Requires 12 years of experience with BS/BA or 10 years with MS/MA or 7 years with PhD
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
  • Experience providing program planning and coordination support
  • Exceptionally strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Experience with customer business systems
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new IT systems
  • Ability to identify, acquire, and combine relevant business data to inform executives
  • Experience designing, improving, and implementing business processes
  • Experience drafting written communications for an executive-level audience
  • Exceptional initiative and ability to operate with limited oversight
  • Broad management consulting skillset, such as:
    • Project Management
    • Strategic planning
    • Organizational design
    • Process design
    • Governance design
    • Facilitation

Desired:

  • Master’s Degree in a related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Tableau experience
  • Experience automating business processes
  • Experience supporting large-scale organizational transitions and stand-ups

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
