Enterprise Architect, Lead Associate

Peraton is looking for an Enterprise Architect for a hybrid position (2-3 days of telecommuting).  Must be commutable distance to Quantico, VA.  This position offers a hybrid location, both onsite and Telework. Determined by meeting requirements and customer taskings. Average is 60% telework / 40% onsite (variable).

What you'll do:

• Developing and reviewing DoDAF Architecture in support of USMC Chief Systems Architect
• Develop guidance for use of DoDAF Architecture to support JCIDS, ISP, and MBSE efforts.
• Lead and engage in information/data management projects including the Enterprise Architecture, information models and flows, data dictionaries, data standards, and data quality standards and processes.
• Develop application modeling languages/techniques (e.g., Unified Modeling Language (UML), Systems Modeling Language (SysML), entity relationship modeling, Unified Profile for DoDAF/MODAF (UPDM2), and Unified Architecture Framework (UAF)) including the ability to create and read the associated diagrams.
• Creation of data dictionaries, defining metadata management approaches and governance processes. Experience in developing and implementing IT architecture plans, Enterprise Information Architecture standard and guidelines, software development methodologies and strategic plans.

What you'll need:

• Education:5 years with BS/BA, 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD, or 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Clearance:  Secret Security Clearance 
• Experience in Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and Network Architecture development.
• Knowledge of No Magic Toolset (Cameo, System Modeler)

Desired qualifications: 

• Experience with data Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• UML/SYSML/UPDM/UAF Knowledge
• Marine Corps experience or knowledge
