Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, support, facilitate and participate in program meetings and reviews to include: schedule meetings; develop meeting agendas; notify meeting attendees; schedule conference rooms, record and distribute meeting minutes; action items/issues; enter information into designated databases
  • Create, draft, and/or review cyber security program documentation, generate formal cyber security documentation, and participate in cyber security system and program reviews
  • Develop and monitor Sponsor website content to ensure accuracy, currency and relevance
  • Manage/update project schedule(s) to ensure coordination and information flow occurs between all programs and organizational managers
  • Review cyber security program plans and identify inconsistencies, ensure impacts are identified, understood, and communicated
  • Track project studies, plans, actions items, etc. during meetings and reviews
  • Perform Sponsor administrative tasks that ensure team personnel have the appropriate technical access, physical access, and data compartments to perform team duties
  • Draft communications and briefings for various team capabilities
  • Disseminate, coordinate, collect, aggregate Sponsor action items to ensure timely response

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical discipline; minimum of 12 years of experience in cyber security engineering or similar relevant area, minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; minimum of 7 years with Ph.D., minimum of 16 years in lieu of degree
  • Knowledge of cyber security tools and processes
  • Knowledge of the A&A process
  • Demonstrable understanding of cyber security threats, vulnerabilities, and shortfalls
  • Deep understanding of customer's cyber security processes and customer’s project management processes and approaches to Agile project management
  • Strong organizational skills

Desired:

  • MS in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical discipline
  • Experience working with Sponsor presentation tools

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
