Enterprise ServiceNow Administrator

Peraton is seeking a Enterprise ServiceNow Administrator to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. The qualified applicant will support the United States Secret Service (USSS) Chief Information Officer (CIO) in maintaining its information technology (IT) enterprise.  The candidate will be part of a team that supports the USSS’s protective and investigative missions. 

Day to Day Work Responsibilities:

• Supporting Enterprise ServiceNow Administrator functions. 
• Implementing, enhancing, and developing in ServiceNow for environments of similar size, scope, and complexity as USSS.
• Designing infrastructure and data flow architecture for new and existing ServiceNow solutions.
• Deployment and enhancement of modern functionalities and interfaces available in the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow development via methods such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, etc.
• Experience developing integrations to/from ServiceNow and third-party tools using web services or other methods.
• Experience designing and developing ServiceNow solutions tailored specifically for customer governance models, Service Level Objectives, and mission needs.
• Proven experience and expertise in administering and maintaining all non-ServiceNow. technologies which are involved in successfully operating the ServiceNow solution, including but not limited to:
  • Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
  • Enterprise-grade databases such as Oracle or SQL Server
  • Any other technologies necessary to operate ServiceNow, such as middleware, web. server software, web application server software, etc.
• Experience working in a trusted solution advisor role and interfacing directly with clients.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years’ experience or Master's degree and 6-8 years experience or a high school diploma/equivalent and 12 years relevant experience. 
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret clearance.
• Experience leading a team of personnel performing ServiceNow deployment and O&M.
• Excellent understanding of ITSM best-practice frameworks such as ITIL.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT system architecture, engineering, and integration; and the ability to apply this expertise across a broad portfolio of IT systems, software, and infrastructure solutions.Certifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, and ITIL Foundation or higher Certification required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the USSS mission and organization.
