Project Manager / Active TS/SCI w/ Poly

Peraton is currently hiring a Project Manager for a full-time role with its’ USCYBERCOM program on-site in Fort Meade, MD.

In this role, you will: 

• Organize and support distinguished visitor engagements in close coordination with customer protocol offices.

• Collaborate with Senior Leaders and Division Chiefs.
• Track and support staff within the Workforce Management System (WMS).
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports for assigned projects with minimal guidance.
• Conduct project meetings and be responsible for project tracking and analysis.
• Recommend and take action to execute the analysis and solutions of problems.

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Project Management, Business Management, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, Government Contracting, Finance/Accounting, or related discipline.  Five (5) additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager. 
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Active TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance is required.

Desired:

• CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with a government or military staff tasking system, preferably Workflow Management System (WMS)
