Ready to make an impact! Peraton is seeking an experienced Senior Integrated Master Scheduler (Space and Ground Systems) to work side by side with our client in Colorado Springs, CO!  Become part of our team where we will partner with our client and the United States Space Force (USSF) to be the Lead Systems Integrator for next generation of Missile Warning (MW), Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (TISR), and Environmental Monitoring (EM) capabilities. Your skills will be used to manage the engineering baseline, processes, and data products for our client.   Our goal is to develop a team that is innovative, professional, and eager to apply their expertise to support the mission; to deter attacks and provide critical information to our warfighters to defeat our enemies in battle. We will assist the US Space Force (USSF) in developing, deploying, and integrating remote sensing space systems and ground processing systems as part of the Remote Sensing (RS) Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) team.

 

In this role, you will be required to provide a collaborative approach to gather required data from multiple sources and from multiple customers across the program office and display it in a useful manner to enable review and decisions.

The Senior Integrated Master Scheduler (Space and Ground Systems) will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

  • Develop and manage a Remote Sensing Capability Area Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS)
  • Integrate data from multiple major system acquisitions into one scheduling database. This includes developing milestones of record and baselining schedules for customer reviews
  • Perform schedule analysis including critical path analysis
  • Provide analytical capabilities to identify resource conflicts and schedule challenges
  • Provide analytical capabilities to optimize efficiency to achieve program success
  • Identify critical program milestones and monitor through complete. 
  • Support processes to track and report progress on the accomplishment of schedule events
  • Identify, document, and analyze issues or impacts due to integrated schedules
  • Present master schedule data to program office leadership

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Clearance with Top/SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience; Master’s Degree and eight (8+) years of experience; PhD and five (5+) years of experience in systems integration and systems engineering related or equivalent experience   
  • Five (5) years of experiences in schedule planning and development efforts
  • Experience with SharePoint and presentation level schedules Understanding of Space Systems to integrate vendor schedules for Space Segment, Ground Segment and User Segment schedules.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, team building and problem-solving skills 
  • Understanding of satellite systems and architectures 
  • Experience in DoD acquisition (or similar) and program management processes 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of experience; Master’s Degree and 10 years of experience; PhD and seven (7) years of experience in systems integration and systems engineering related or equivalent experience   
  • Seven (7) years of experience with MS Project in a technical field Experience with USSF customer and Missile Warning and Environmental Monitoring programs
  • Able to use Systems Engineering and space systems knowledge/expertise (preferably of DoD systems) to identify and mitigate potential schedule risks and issues
  • An understanding of Agile processes

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
