Part Time On Call (PTOC) Information Related Capabilities (IRC) Integrator – TS/SCI

Peraton is seeking a part time on-call (PTOC) Senior level Information Related Capabilities (IRC) Integrator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.

This position is a Part Time On-Call Role.

In this role you will:

• Support our customers by assisting in the advancement of new and emerging technologies.
• Provide expert mission analysis, analytic problem solving, and assessment of information operations.
• Creative use of information systems and information related capabilities (IRC).
• Integration with inter-agency and intelligence community (IC).
• Knowledge of and ability to develop innovative concepts to counter adversarial use of information in the Cyber and Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS).
• Need to have significant or key cultural considerations that affect operational and tactical planning, security, accreditation, risk assessment(s).
• Provide full spectrum IRC support as an advisor on engagements across the Combatant Commands and all Federal Agencies
• Provide assistance in planning and targeting support to integrate and synchronize OIE/IW exercises
• Duties include assisting in development of military operational plans and development of innovative solutions to complex problems for our OIE/IW partnerships
• Assisting as required in development of Concepts, approaches, and new strategies involving the use of OIE/IW Campaigns
• Participate in meetings, conferences and technology related events and experiments with the Peraton Team
• Provide technical expert support and management on the implementation of Information related programs, projects and capabilities for all our Partners
• Assist with our ability to Interface, coordinate and leverage ongoing research and development (R&D) efforts across industry, US government and academia
• Maintain full time availability on a rotational basis with other team members for extended periods

 Note: Travel to customer sites as required

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 14+ years of Information related technology integration experience or a combined total of a minimum of 10 years between education and relevant experience.
• Demonstrated  ability to develop strategies and plans and coordinate approvals with internal and external stakeholders at the senior government levels.
• Able to travel to both CONUS and OCONUS locations as required by the program.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance. 
• Possess a current U.S. Passport.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree with recent (last 2 years) Joint or senior Military Service Level Operations in the Information Environment Experience with multiple US Military Combatant Commands
• Experience working in the combatant commands customer space as an individual technical contributor
• Excellent oral, written, and electronic communication skills to include proficiency with customer-based communication systems
• Strong leadership, communication and motivational skills; ability to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Experience working with distributed teams and project management experience of large projects >$20M
• Understanding of current communication and engineering technologies supported by excellent listening and administrative skills to capture highlights of briefings, and key engagement with others in the industry
